Disneyland travel tips 101 !

#williamsfamdisneylandadventure2015

So here's the thing - if you wanna go to Disneyland - I truely hope you do !

Here are some tips to help you prepare for and enjoy your time there coz let's face it traveling with your darling chiln is  not all dreams come true and smiles and stardust :) altho these moments are part of it there is a heap of reality thrown in there to ! :)

Sooooo
wear comfy shoes for ALL DAY walking.
*prepare to spend a fortune on everything
-entry
-food
-development of your sudden and all consuming Disney fashion / homewares and memorabilia fascination and style.
-more food
-more souvenirs
* get into the fast pass thing. Saves heaps of time and you feel like a celebrity when you skip the line.
*at least one of the rides you had come to see will be closed for renovations. Oh well. There are plenty of amazing experiences to be had Tony !! :)
* take a back pack for most of your party for all the stuff'n things you purchase. Bottled water in your back pack is handy to. Buy this before you go to the parks.
Our hotel did our shopping for us at no charge.  Handy huh :) The chiln ( and husband ) will still want " sodas " tho :)
* be prepared for your child to need the toilet 1 minute before you reach the start of the line of the ride you have just waited half an hour for and yes this is even after you have told them multiple times to give you plenty of notice and yes even if they didn't need to go when you passed the restrooms right before you entered the ride line !!!
* be prepared for at least one of the family to be whining as you leave Disneyland each day and yes that includes Dad-in fact especially Dad because he is keenly aware of the monies that have now been drastically drained from the bank !
The chiln will be whining because they didn't get that one last thing , even though you have bought them many things already and because they are VERY tired and hungry and jet lagged etc etc.
Mum however is beaming with the bliss of it all -albeit "trying to ignore whining chiln and husband " blissful beaming !!
Hoping this wasn't too depressing after all Disneyland is known as the happiest place on earth. Just thought I'd throw a little reality in there for y'all.
We had an amazing time. Twill be forever a magic memory for us all and
I'm so very grateful.

We loved all things Peter Pan :)
