Dubai
City of bling ( and long robes )
Dubai was amazing,HOT and fascinating.
Dubai Mall was bling central but we loved seeing the massive Aquarium and being surprised when we found the Cheesecake Factory.Tony had told me all about the delicious meals he had enjoyed at the Cheesecake factory in America .Lucky I hadn't had breakie yet as we ordered the Strawberry cheesecake Milkshake.yep you heard it right. sooooo good :)Pieces of Strawberry cheesecake blended up with milk ,icecream and a delicious strawberry sauce.
After checking out the mall we embarked on our desert safari!
It was fun until I realized we would be 4WDriving over the sand dunes! Terrifying!! Tony of course LOVED it .I shut my eyes the whole time and tried not to throw up.The driver redeemed himself half way by taking some cool photos of us .
We finished with a BBQ dinner in the desert with dancers for our entertainment and a camel ride which was great fun.
The sweet treats they gave us to eat on arrival at our dinner camp were soooo yummy.I think I ate half the tray :)
After some amazing adventures it was time to head home.We were blessed to get another upgrade to Business class using frequent flyer points.
The BEST part of the 2 weeks away was coming home to hug our dear boys !
Thank you so much to our awesome Mums for looking after them for us.
Munich
We had our last night and morning in Munich before we flew out for Dubai towards home.
There was a street festival in the city so it was fun to wander through this and be part of the atmosphere. The city park was huge and lovely.
Thanks to my dear husband for treating me like a Queen during our time in Germany.
Auf Weidersen Deutschland.

Noy-Shwan-Stine Castle
We watched 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" with the boys recently for Family night.
It was then that I decided that one of our destinations in Germany would be Neuschwanstein Castle.
Walt Disney used this palace as inspiration for his Disneyland sleeping beauty castle.
It certainly is the stuff of dreams come true.
Rothenburg
Gorgeous Medieval Village.
I was excited to visit here and it was all I had hoped for and more.I wished our boys could have been there with us.They would have loved exploring around the village walls, torture museum and watchtowers.
