We're Sick of beng sick!
Ammon with bronchitis ,Gil, Joshie and i with the coughs,blocked noses,runny noses,up all night with baby who cant sleep coz of mucus in his throat and generally trying to get over the whole thing oh and sore throat blues....bleh!
Oh and Zachs got it today

YOU POOR THINGS I know just how you feel (on a slightly smaller family scale).
I found that when I was feeding Lucas and cut out dairy (or had A2) then he wasn't as "bungy" with a cold etc.
THEN we made up this marvelous tea that makes us feel really good.
fresh thyme, lemon, honey, fresh ginger chunks and either a peppermint or chamomile tea bag...ooooh yeah! Might get one now :o)
ohhh I hope by now you are feeling better. It all hits at once hey Bron. Can I do anyhting? Really.... can I?
