Just 2 chiln

Fletcher was in Launceston at UYC (Ultimate youth convention for Church ) We had sent him up on the bus. 

Gilbert was in Japan on a school trip and it was a holiday in China which meant Tony could have a few days off work.  So Tony and I and the l'il guys thought we would have some fun outings together. Loved it ! 

We took a drive to Launceston and stayed at the Country Club.  Dinner was a delicious buffet complete with chocolate fountain. The following day we explored lovely City Park where we rode the small train a couple of times,saw the monkeys and enjoyed a relaxing lunch on the cool lawn bean bags. 

We had a few places on our list to visit but the skies were so blue and warm that we stayed outside as much as we could.  A quick trip to the museum Phenomena Factory was fun too. T'was a treat spending time with just 2 children :)

Snow much fun

What a wonderful bonding family holiday at the snow. Awesome snow fall , funfilled and action packed days and relaxing evenings. Our lodge was gorgeous where gourmet 3 course meals were provided each night. The boys loved the billiards table and board game time with the other youth and chiln that were staying there. 

My favourite part was having all of us go up the slopes together on the 8 person lift. 

Ammon and Josh were troopers and made it down some slopes with Tony each afternoon. 

Ammon even beat Fletcher and Gil down front valley on their last run ! 

It's official - We love skiing !

Married for 18 years

Finally made it to Henry Jones Art Hotel to celebrate. 

Loved it ! Deeelicious food. 

Check out the caramalised butter. It looks dodge but tasted sooo good with their house made rye sourdough.

Ski adventure 2014 day 1

First stop Krispy Kremes :) then onto Canberra for lunch from Grill'd and Sumo salads - yum :)  We loved the War Memorial. Off to a great start. Love you family.
